Medical: Grand Park Sports Campus has a designated "Medical Services Manager" to provide all medical services and coordination for the events at the Campus. Upon execution of the User Agreement, User must contact the Client Services Manager who will exclusively coordinate all trainer and medical personnel arrangements for the Event(s) to be held under the User Agreement. The Grand Park Sports Campus has standards in place that require one (1) athletic trainer per every four (4) fields/diamonds for each hour of use.

Security: Grand Park requires Westfield Police Department exclusively coordinate all on or off-duty security for event needs. The rate for security personnel is $45.00/hour with a three (3) hour minimum.

Housing: Grand Park Sports Campus has an exclusive in-house housing service to provide housing coordination for all events at the Grand Park.

Insurance Policy: User will, at its sole cost and expense, and throughout the term of this Agreement, will obtain and continuously maintain in full force from during the time of this Agreement, the following insurance; a. Commercial General Liability insurance of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence; b. Commercial General Liability insurance of Four Million Dollars ($4,000,000.00) aggregate; c. Automobile Liability insurance in the minimum amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) each accident combined single limit for any automobile.; d. Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability. During the term of this Lease, User will obtain and continuously maintain in full force and effect Workers' Compensation Insurance in full compliance with the laws of the State of Indiana; e. User shall furnish to the Commission a Certificate of Insurance verifying such coverage, listing the certificate holder as additional insured for the general liability and automobile liability coverages. The certificate holder on the Certificate of Insurance shall be as follows:
