Westfield, IN—Grand Park is pleased to announce that Indiana Soccer Association (ISA) has relocated its headquarters to the Grand Park Events Center. Beginning in November, Indiana Soccer will also offer a variety of indoor soccer leagues for ages 8U through Adult with options for both full and small-sided play, Futsal and more.
“We’re excited to welcome Indiana Soccer to the Events Center,” said Westfield Mayor Andy Cook. “We have a longstanding relationship with the organization at Grand Park and we’re pleased that they are expanding their role at the park as the official indoor soccer provider of the Events Center.”
Indiana Soccer has played an integral role in developing the concept of the Grand Park Events Center into a world-class facility. The new indoor leagues being offered are an ideal complement to the existing 31 field sports outdoor fields that have already hosted several state, regional and national soccer events.
Dave Guthrie, Indiana Soccer Executive Director commented that “the Events Center at Grand Park is an amazing facility that offers almost unlimited options for use by the Indiana Soccer membership to train and compete so that player development opportunities are maximized during the 365-day calendar.”
The Grand Park Events Center features three indoor fields, which are all full-sided (110 yards x 73 yards). The roof is a minimum of 40 feet high to a maximum of 73 feet. The spectator concourses are 15 feet above the fields for excellent viewing of the activities. The Events Center also houses a full service restaurant on the main floor and a second floor grill with bar service and seating for up to 175 people overlooking the center field.
With limited space in each age group, the inaugural season is expected to fill up quickly. For more information, please visit: http://www.soccerindiana.org/competition/indoor.aspx.
